You are one of the first writers here on Medium I started to follow, read, comment...even though our writing styles and voices are quite different. Between your words, a big, sparkling heart is pulsating. I like that.

It might be helpful to remember that notions of what constitutes 'brave' have changed radically during human history. As what constitutes 'bigoted.' I believe deep down, we all know, even on an intuitive level, what is right and what is wrong. The question is whether we are prepared to stand for it.
